What is difference between CLOUD WATCH AND CLOUD TRAIL

Cloud Trails is used for event monitoring of aws account or in simple terms auditing events in account.

Whereas cloud watch needs to be configured for logging by providing information of the services . ex : it shows cpu utilization, storage utilization of ec2 instannce.
